Job Types

As a Retail Merchandiser, you will do general retail merchandising which involves carefully reading instructions and following direction to ensure the best possible product presentation in the client’s store environment. Merchandising activity varies by retail environment but could include planogram execution and department resets. Whether in a grocery store or big box retailer, your goal will be to make sure the store looks great.
As a Retail Reset Remodel Merchandiser, you will do all types of retail merchandising. From executing planograms and schematics, to department resets, to fixture building, your job is to make sure the store you are working in looks great. The work will be physical and you’ll work hard, but you’ll get to be part of re-energizing the store environment.
As Retail Sales Associate, you’ll be focused on the customer and driving sales. Your role is to provide a great experience by being friendly and knowledgeable. You’ll answer questions about products and help the customer make their buying decision. You’ll also help keep the store clean and organized so the customer can find just what they are looking for.
As a Store Service Associate, you’ll be focused on supporting product in a geographic area. You’ll travel to different stores to service product for different customers to support the customer buying experience. You may be merchandising, reticketing, signing or providing other support activities to get the product ready.
As a Team Lead, you will lead a team of retail merchandisers to ensure they are doing the best possible job on the assigned merchandising project at the client’s job site. You will be holding the team accountable for working hard and doing a great job in this fast-paced environment. You’ll work collaboratively with the Project Manager in store as well as with the SASR Account Manager to understand the merchandising work that needs to be done and provide excellent customer service to the client.
As a Store Picker and Packer, your role will be focused on supporting online retail sales or sales in other retail stores. You will be pulling and packing product that is currently in-store to send to customers. To fulfill the order, you will reading the customer order, navigating the retail environment to quickly find the goods, and packing the product safely while ensuring the inventory has been accounted for.
As a Retail Inventory Associate, you will conduct a physical inventory count of all merchandise in the client’s store and ensure an accurate count of all goods. You will work within an inventory team and the environment will be fast-paced. Strong organizational and counting skills will be key.
As a General Laborer, you’ll be helping to prep the store to get ready for product. Activities may include fixture set up and installation, shelf tear down and rebuilds, stocking of shelves, store clean-up, trash removal, and any other prep work the store may need your assistance with. The work will be physical and you’ll work hard. Certain projects may require you to bring your own tools to the job site.
