Once a candidate creates a profile on the site they can advance themselves in their career level by working on retail service projects - resets, fixture installs, product demonstrations, merchandising, store audits - and proving their abilities and professionalism. The Expert level is only given to workers who show expertise, a good attitude and dependability and only after they have achieved the other three career levels.   

Each Expert is nominated by a Staffing Coordinator or Account Manager. Once nominated, the internal staffing personnel vote on the nomination which allows everyone in staffing, administration, and management to provide their input. Once everyone has voted positively, the candidate is advanced to the Expert career level. In 2010, only 29 workers achieved the Expert level.
