Increase will apply to majority of SaSR client projects

August 13, 2015 Raleigh, NC Set and Service Resources (SaSR), a leading provider of Retail Staffing and Temp Labor, is pleased to announce they have increased the recommended Associate Hourly Wages by five percent. The increase took place on August 1st and moving forward Associates will see the increase reflected on the majority of new jobs loaded into the SaSR system.

According to BloombergBusiness, in 2015 “Private wages were little changed in the second quarter from the previous three months, the worst performance since those records began in 1980”.

While many private companies are not increasing employee wages, SaSR has made the bold move to increase hourly wages.  SaSR values all the hard work and dedication of their Associates. Set and Services Resources wishes to thank their Associates for their commitment and future contributions to the company.

“Our associates perform a valuable service for our clients” said CEO Erik Hanvey. “To remain an employer of choice for jobs in retail and merchandising we need to keep our wages competitive.”
