Using this system, clients' job parameters (service dates, locations, pay rates, required skills and abilities, etc) are loaded directly into their scheduling website, and automatically post to all qualified employees within a reasonable distance of the job sites. Once an employee applies to a job, the client can review the employee's ratings, skills and experience and assign the most qualified person to work the job. With the ability to ramp their workforce up quickly and hire people local to their jobs, clients can take on more business and reduce their travel costs at the same time.
Other features include the ability to post date specific jobs or post jobs that the employee can choose the date to work, an IVR system that tracks the employees check in and check out times and the ability to load Plan-o-grams, instructions and call reports so the employee can print them off and take them to the job site.
Another added benefit allows customers to introduce their own preferred seasonal and part time employees into the Open Access system, so that they can stay busy even when their main employer is slow, drastically reducing loss due to employee attrition, as well as cutting down on unemployment claims.
