I am having problems logging into my account. Why?
A:  The primary reason why users experience problems while attempting to login is caused by the Security/Cookie settings on your browser. Every browser places access to cookies differently. The best way to find out how to change your Security/Cookie settings is to click on the "Help" menu on your web browser and search for "Enabling Cookies" in the search box. HTTP cookies are small pieces of information that are stored by your browser on your computer's hard drive. Cookies allow your browser to remember specific information, like your user I.D. A cookie can't be used to get data from your hard drive, get your e-mail address, or retrieve any personal information. Session cookies are used to store information only during a single session; these cookies are deleted from your computer automatically when you logout or close your browser.

A: This often means that you have more than one account under your e-mail address on our system, and that one of those duplicate accounts has been deleted. Contact the Human Resource Department for assistance.

I've filled out an application online and getting emails about available work. When I try to apply for the jobs, I am unable to do so.
A: Security Settings could be interfering with your ability to view and apply for jobs online. Review the security setting information for your browser above, add our website to your list of trusted sites and then try again. You can also change the job notification settings under the "Profile" tab to show more jobs.  If that doesn’t work, contact the Human Resource Department for assistance.

How do I contact the SASR Corporate Office?
A: Our Main number is 866-867-5571.  Choose the option from the list of extensions. If you need to contact someone about a job, look for the scheduler under the "View Job" page.
